1. Q: Please send the catalog. A: If you require a catalog, please provide your email address, and we will send it within two working hours. 2. Q: Can I obtain some samples? A: Yes, we believe that sample orders are an excellent way to initiate cooperation. All our samples are free of charge; however, we only ship weights under 1 kg. For existing customers, we offer free samples and cover the express charges. 3. Q: Can you send a price list? A: Certainly. Please provide your email address, and we will send the price list within two working hours. 4. Q: Could you accept my own logo or design on the goods? A: Yes, we can accommodate custom logos or designs on the products without issue. 5. Q: What is the delivery time? A: Generally, if the goods are in stock, we can deliver them within 2-5 days. For quantities ranging from 1-2 containers, the delivery period is approximately 18-25 days. If the order exceeds two containers and requires expedited production, we can prioritize your order at the factory. 6. Q: What is your payment method? A: Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T as a deposit and the remaining 70% before shipping. We also accept L/C and D/P. For more detailed information, we can discuss via email. 7. Q: What is your packaging? A: Our standard packaging is 20-25 kg per carton, with 36 or 48 cartons per pallet. Each pallet weighs approximately 900-960 kg. We can also print customer logos on the cartons or customize packaging according to specific requirements. 8. Q: Do you accept custom designs on products or boxes? A: Yes, we accept customized designs for both products and packaging. We have a professional design team capable of creating products based on your specifications. 9. Q: Can I trust you? A: Absolutely. We are verified suppliers on "Made-in-China" and undergo a rigorous certification process to ensure we are a legitimate manufacturer. 10. Q: May I visit your factory? A: Of course.
